Vin & Vigor (Vin) is a voice actor and college student currently studying Speech-Language Pathology. She has an interest in fan dubbing for various anime and video games, but is always looking for new projects to be a part of. She puts her all into every project she's a part of and believes that all experience is good experience. Because Vin wishes to remain faceless, we worked together to create a personal branding that best represents her.

The first steps of creating the brand for Vin was to design a word mark that best represents her. Before our first meeting I made a few quick sketches with a range of different typeface styles. After some discussion we decided that something more angular and structured would work best.
After more rounds of sketches, including some made digitally, I brought the design into Illustrator to construct the shapes and ensure that all of the angles aligned. I also made a horizontal version of the word mark to have for any alternate uses.

Social media is an important part of finding new voice roles, so the next item that I wanted to work on was a design that could be used as a banner for websites like X/Twitter. After a few quick drafts, we discussed going more towards a theme of outer space. This theme had been previously discussed when creating a color palette, but now it was time to expand on those ideas.
Next, I wanted to use the illustrations and space motifs to create what could be used as an introduction post on social media. The text used was information provided by Vin.
